Not only is he a licensed real estate broker with over a decade of residential experience in NYC, but he also has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate. Before starting Lokel Realty, Adam was a partner at Miriam Izsak Realty since 2010. His experience equips him to seamlessly handle his clients’ real estate needs. He’s a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the National Association of REALTORS and HGAR.
Michael E. Smith
Co-founder & Partner

Michael, co-founder and partner at Lokel Realty, understands the stresses of buying or selling NYC’s competitive market. He is a born and raised New Yorker with over ten years of experience at large firms like the Corcoran Group and Compass. Michael guides his clients with a high-touch and personalized approach to service. He’s a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the National Association of REALTORS and HGAR.
